The charges include hot and cold water, heating, electricity, Internet WIFI and TV channels, maintenance and electricity of the common areas, building insurance and the garbage tax.
Cleaning of common areas once a week included. (The cleaning of your room can be done at your request and in addition to the rent).
Only home insurance is your responsibility (about 115 € per year).
