Cleaning of common areas twice a week included. (The cleaning of your room can be done at your request and in addition to the rent).
Only home insurance is your responsibility (about 150 € per year).
The rent is increased by 50 € per month for leases less than 3 months.

- For stay longer than 6 months: 1 month rent + 17% VAT = 1.053 € taxes incl.
